Disconnect a social account

In the studio, open the publishing panel and choose Disconnect next to YouTube, Instagram or TikTok. We delete the stored token and revoke our access with the platform straight away. You can also remove Brandreel from the platform itself:

• Google / YouTube: Google Account permissions
• Instagram / Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites → remove Brandreel
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions

Delete reels and videos

Deleting a reel or a version in the studio removes its project, renders, captions and share links, including the stored copy of the video. Videos already published to a social platform stay there until you delete them on that platform.

Delete everything

Email hello@getbrandreel.com from the address you use with Brandreel, or tell us the name of the connected account or channel. We will delete your projects, videos, connected-account tokens and usage records within 30 days and confirm by email. Records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required.
