These terms cover your use of Brandreel (https://getbrandreel.com). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Brandreel helps you draft, edit and render short branded videos with AI, download or share them, and publish them to social accounts you connect. Features that rely on outside providers may change or be unavailable when those providers change or are down.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and the videos made for you. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI and hosting providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload (logos, images, music, people's likenesses) and for what you publish.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or sexually explicit content.
  • No impersonating people or brands you don't represent.
  • No spam, and no misleading claims in ads or posts.
  • No attempts to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Publishing to social platforms

When you connect and publish to YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, you also agree to that platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use and TikTok Terms of Service. We only post what you choose to publish, and you are responsible for each post.

AI-generated output

Scripts, voices, footage and music may be generated by AI. Review everything before you publish: AI output can be inaccurate or resemble existing material.

Costs and limits

Paid AI features run against a per-reel budget. Usage is estimated from providers' list prices and may differ slightly from their invoices.

No warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you create or publish. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Ending use

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion). We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. Questions: hello@getbrandreel.com.
